Cielsy Keyword Metrics is a keyword research tool designed primarily to help users evaluate keywords before launching Google Ads campaigns. The extension may display keyword search volume, estimated CPC, advertising competition, bid estimates, historical trends, related keyword suggestions and internally generated keyword intent classifications.

2. Google Services

Some features depend on Google OAuth and Google Ads API services. Availability and accuracy of Google-derived information may depend on Google services, API permissions, account eligibility, quotas, geographic targeting and other factors outside our control.

3. Estimates and Research Information

Keyword search volume, CPC, bid ranges, competition metrics, trends and related information should be treated as research data and estimates. They do not guarantee advertising costs, rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions or commercial results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from advertising decisions, API interruptions, inaccurate estimates, third-party platform changes or misuse of the extension.

These Terms may be updated when the service, APIs or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
